The Soul Inquiry Method
How our session would likely go
Inquiry: we begin the process with deep introspection, tune into your body, heart for a deep exploration. we go in with curiosity to draw out the problem, situation, different parts of you and explore them in details. this is a meditative and somatic approach.
Connection: we invite those aspects to life! we visualize, personify through imagery, symbolism and archetypes to explore and connect with what’s going on even at a deeper level. this is a Jungian and IFS approach to the psyche.
Communication: together, we will build the bridge of communication between you and what it is you are working through, a challenge, a goal, a task, a person, a situation. this communication with your internal realm and the higher consciousness realm will facilitate a lot of the healing and growth within.
Body Expression: then, we use your body’s intelligence, artistic approach and somatic psychology to express what that feeling is — what’s happening on a somatic level.
Visualization: we use your internal resource to come up with solutions. through visualization and reiki-infused practices, I will help you find the creative and aligned solutions for your personal and spiritual growth.
Relationship: to facilitate your on-going transformation, we work together to build a deep relationship with that aspect of the psyche to keep exploring and seeing what comes up, how to work with and grow in love and inner-strength with it in this life. this is an IFS approach.
