Philosophy & Modalities

    1. Compassionate Mindfulness: we cultivate inner compassion as a core skill, empowering you to navigate any challenge in life with love, patience, and understanding toward yourself and others. I work alongside the Hakomi coaching philosophy.

    2. Internal Family System: we work with your inner part(s) to learn more about them. we repair and reconnect their lost relationship with your Inner Self that can love and support them unconditionally.

    3. Somatic Therapy: we work with your body sensations, feelings, expressions and any physical signs to dive deeper into the emotional root causes and understanding.

    4. Depth Psychology Exploration: we use imagery, stories, symbolism and imagination to facilitate healing

    5. Spirit & Soul: we connect to the higher consciousness, angels, ancestors, and higher spirits, God, life, the Universe, to ask for support and guidance.

  • At the core of my work is the belief that true healing involves the integration of all aspects of our being: mind, body, and soul. I believe that to experience lasting transformation, we must nurture and align these holistic dimensions. I can ensure you that the work we are doing together will be very holistic.

  • Everytime we gather together is an opportunity for me to listen deeply to you and what you are truly needing. we will not rush in any process. we will go slow and attend to your need at the level of care you deserve. this work is a vow and promise to take care of our nervous system and heal the past traumas that interrupted its core functionality.

  • Compassion is our compass. when we work together, I vow to guide and facilitates a space which honors you. we will not go to any spaces which you do not, or are not ready to go. we will not do anything that is against your own inner wisdom. we will follow and abide by your own intuitive wisdom — allowing that to guide our sessions together. in this way, we cultivate a deep inner sense of compassion within and outside of our work together.

    I hold space with presence, not judgment. I’ll witness you with care, with honesty, and with love. You don’t have to perform, explain, or prove anything. You get to just be, and know that you’re not alone in it.

  • We go slow, gently and with your permission. There is nothing that is pressured, forced, or must-do. Everything will be at your own will, pace, and permission.

  • If you hit an emotional block, I offer gentle, grounded support to help you move through it with care and compassion.

    We’ll slow things down and create a safe space for you to feel what’s coming up without pressure to “fix” it right away. I’ll guide you with questions, reflections, or somatic tools to help you reconnect with your body and emotions, so the block can soften naturally.

    Whether you need to be held, witnessed, or lovingly challenged, I’ll meet you where you are. You don’t have to go through it alone. We’ll move through it together, at your pace.

  • We will go slow, gentle and easy. If you’re not ready, we will not force the emotional processing. If you are ready, we will go very slow and gentle to be-with your painful memories, with a lot of compassion.

    I’ll be right there with you, helping you slow down, ground into your body, and stay connected to the present moment. We’ll create a safe container around the memory so it doesn’t feel too big or too much.

    You don’t need to have all the answers or know how to “fix” it. I’ll gently guide you through processing at a pace that feels manageable, using tools like breathwork, inner child dialogue, or grounding practices.

    The goal isn’t to force healing, but to meet whatever comes up with compassion so the pain can be witnessed, held, and slowly released.

  • Yes, I have a specific methodology and philosophy behind my approach which combines several powerful practices to ensure a holistic, deep, and compassionate healing experience. Here's how I incorporate them:

    1. Mindfulness-Based Coaching and Teachings:
      I believe in the power of the present moment. Through mindfulness, we can bring awareness to our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors without judgment. This allows us to explore where we might be holding onto old patterns or resistance, and gently shift our mindset toward growth. By staying grounded in the present, we can process emotions as they arise and create lasting transformation.

    2. Internal Family Systems (IFS):
      This approach helps us understand the different parts of ourselves : the wounded inner child, the critical inner voice, the protector parts, and so on. By recognizing these parts as distinct, we can begin to heal and integrate them, giving each part the love and understanding it needs. This method helps us move beyond limiting beliefs, and build a harmonious relationship within ourselves.

    3. Somatic Therapy:
      The body holds onto emotions and experiences in ways our minds often overlook. In somatic therapy, I guide you through body-based techniques to help release stored trauma and tension. We’ll work to reconnect your mind and body, fostering a sense of safety and ease. By tuning into your body’s wisdom, we can facilitate deep healing that extends beyond words.

    4. Intuitive Energetic Scanning (Reiki-like):
      I use my intuition to sense energetic blocks or areas where healing is needed, much like Reiki. With your permission, I tap into the energy field around you to offer guidance and energetic support, helping clear any stagnant or negative energy. This creates space for healing on a deeper, spiritual level, aligning your energy with your highest self.

    5. Buddhist Philosophy on Compassion, Wisdom, and Understanding:
      I draw from Buddhist teachings, which emphasize compassion (toward ourselves and others), wisdom (understanding the nature of suffering and impermanence), and mindfulness. This philosophy encourages a gentle, patient approach to healing, cultivating inner peace and acceptance. It helps us release attachment to outcomes, allowing for more ease and flow in our personal growth.

    6. Holistic Healing:
      I believe true healing involves the mind, body, and soul. My approach doesn’t focus on just one aspect, but rather embraces the interconnectedness of all these elements. Together, we’ll work on nurturing each part of your being, creating balance and wholeness, and addressing the root causes of challenges rather than just the symptoms.

  • Yes, absolutely! All sessions are recorded and securely stored, so you can revisit the lessons and exercises at any time while you're subscribed to the membership. This allows you to revisit key concepts, deepen your understanding, and continue integrating the material as you grow and evolve. However, once you cancel your subscription, access to the materials will no longer be available.

  • That is the intention of this work. Healing your inner child is a powerful way to break generational patterns. Many of the emotional habits, beliefs, and behaviors we carry, like avoiding emotions, overworking, people-pleasing, or struggling with boundaries, are passed down from generation to generation. Often, our caregivers did the best they could with the tools they had, but they may not have had the emotional awareness or support to do things differently.

    When you begin healing your inner child, you become more conscious of these inherited patterns. You start to notice what’s truly yours and what was passed down. This awareness gives you the power to choose differently, to respond instead of react, to love yourself instead of abandoning yourself, and to create healthier relationships with others.

    By doing this deep inner work, you're not just healing for yourself, you’re also creating a new blueprint for those around you and for future generations. You become the one who ends the cycle and starts a new legacy of love, safety, and emotional honesty.

  • That is the goal and intention of doing this work. You learn to love yourself and create a healthier and more secured relationship with yourself, so that you stop, or abandon yourself less and less in relationships.

    As you reconnect with your inner child, you start to honor your feelings, needs, and boundaries instead of pushing them aside to keep others happy. You begin to choose yourself, not out of selfishness, but from self-respect.

  • Yes. I cannot say it is the only resource you will ever need. That wouldn’t be accurate. Alongside this membership where you will receive a lot of healing support real time, there are other books, and teachers that I can recommend along the way.

  • Healing your inner child helps you improve all your relationships because it allows you to show up with more self-awareness, emotional stability, and compassion.

    When your inner child is wounded, you might unknowingly carry old patterns like people-pleasing, fear of rejection, or difficulty trusting others. These patterns can create tension, misunderstandings, or distance in your relationships. But when you begin to nurture and heal those parts of yourself, you become more confident, clear, and secure.

    You start to express your needs more honestly, set boundaries without guilt, and handle conflicts with more calm and understanding. You’re less likely to take things personally or react out of past hurt. Instead, you respond from a grounded place which helps others feel safe, respected, and understood around you.

    In short, healing your inner child helps you build deeper, healthier, and more meaningful connections, where both you and the other person can be more real, seen, and loved.

When you connect with and care for your inner child, you begin to understand the emotions, fears, and unmet needs that may have been created in your early years. Instead of looking to them to "complete" or fix you, you come into the relationship as a whole person, ready to share love, not just receive it.   • As you heal your wounds, you have a better sense and ability to set boundaries. Traumas disrupt our sense of healthy boundaries — when you heal, you will be able to protect yourself better.

  • No. This work does not replace therapy.
    While our sessions may feel deeply healing, emotionally liberating, or even therapeutic in nature, I am not a licensed mental health professional, and this is not a substitute for psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment.

    My role is to walk with you as a guide — to help you access your inner wisdom, shift emotional patterns, and grow spiritually and energetically. If you’re navigating trauma, mental illness, or emotional crisis, I highly recommend working with a licensed therapist alongside or before engaging in this space.

    This space is best for those who feel emotionally stable, self-responsible, and are ready for deep inner growth and expansion.

    • One-Month Membership: You can cancel your one-month membership at any time before your next billing date. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

    • Six-Month Membership: For six-month memberships, cancellations can only be made at the end of your billing period (i.e., at the end of the 6th month).
