  • Body Scan

    Body scan practice is rooted in my Vipasana meditation trainings. This is a silent and sitting practice. Where you practice observing the sensations from your head to your toe, and back up from your toe to your head. The goal is to increase your body awareness and heighten your sensitivity to your mind-body connection.

  • Breath Awareness

    Single breath awareness is well-known. It’s the practice of observing your in breath and out breath. During this observation, you can make notes of the temperature, sensations, depth, speed, and other elements that are happening simultaneously. This practice helps to regulate your nervous system and bring peace.

  • Visualization

    Visualization practices are meant to guide your inner vision, and imagination to help you heal, remove blocks, and understand your internal psychological processes. Visualizations bridges the communication channel between your conscious and subconscious mind. Good for manifestation.

  • Hypnosis

    Hypnosis is a deeper state that can be accessed during private sessions with me. Usually this state is accomplished after hours of deep meditation. However, with specific method, you can achieve this state and began the inner work using your subconscious mind. Working with the subconscious mind is the most effective way to create lasting change.

  • Metta Heart Loving Kindness

    This is a simple and yet extremely powerful practice. This is a heart opening practice that I teach every client. This practice is grounded in forgiveness of self, and others. Extending gratitude, love and appreciation for self and others. As well as sending loving vibrations all around your body, your aura field, and the Earth. This is the practice of love and joy!

  • Chakras

    Chakras-focused practices are meant to resolve blocks within specific area of your energetic centers. For example, confidence is within your Solar Plexus, and sexuality is within your Sacral. We go into the deep energetic spaces to connect with each center and heal the issues that are presented in that area. This is powerful when working with specific needs.

  • Ayahuasca & Shamanic

    My favourite music playlist to listen to to reconnect with my soul and spirit. I listen to this whenever throughout the day. Sometimes, during walks in nature. Sometimes, upon waking up or before falling asleep. I also use it in sessions with clients.

  • Mei-lan Maurits

    My favourite high frequency music woman. She is the Sound Oracle. The frequency that she radiates from her music is so up-lifting. I feel like it literally takes me to another level of consciousness haha. I really recommend this for sound healing.

  • Calm Whale

    This channel focuses on natural sounding meditation music using traditional archaic instruments like shaman drums, didgeridoo, rattles, tibetan bowls, crystal bowls. Extraction of their nature so the listener can meditate and deeply relax.

  • Sound Bowls

    A wide variety of sound bowl sessions. I love this channel because of the different series the artist has. My favourite is the 12 HR Cosmic Sound Bath inspire by the different Planets in our Universe. I feel like I’m traveling across dimensions with this one.

  • Frequencies

    There are many frequencies music out there. This is one of them. I encourage you to explore and experiment to see which one best fit you. This is the first one if you have never listened to frequencies music before. It has many healing benefits.

  • Your Favourite Music

    Sometimes listening to your favourite type of music is the way to go! It’s as simple as that. Add your favourite songs to your morning routine, or on a walk. Enjoy, and even dance a little. The little acts of joy contribute to self-healing.

  • Daylio Journal

    Self-care bullet diary, mood diary & happiness tracker. This is your private journal for the on-the-go, A-type because it’s quick. It takes 1 min to track your emotional health everyday, allow you to see your good self-care progress daily, and overtime.

  • Insight Timer

    Meditation app that has a lot of free content, and options to upgrade for paid trainings. I love this app because it’s like going to a big library of all the resources that you need. There are teachers all over the world, with hundreds of teachings and modalities.

  • Headspace

    Meditation app perfect for beginners. This app is guided from A to Z, allowing you to feel very supported on your journey especially if you are new to meditation. I highly recommend this one for beginners. The visualizations really help to understand mindfulness.

  • The secret to money

    This is a wealth mindset app. Designed to change the way you think about money, and radically change the circumstances of money in your life. This app 10X my wealth mindset, and tripled my income in a very short amount of time. Must use with the audio book.
